Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Messages for Mothers is happy to offer our customers free standard shipping on all orders. We will do our best to ship your order within 48 hours of us receiving it (excluding weekends).

Please allow 2 - 7 business days for delivery. If there are any unexpected delays, you will be contacted by us. If your parcel is being sent to your work address, please provide a company name. 

Please note unfortunately at this time we are unable to offer express shipping. We are working on this to be able to offer this option shortly. If you have an urgent order please contact us at messagesformothers@outlook.com to see if we can arrange something for you. 

Note: We can not deliver to PO Box addresses. 

International Shipping

We ship all over the world, please select the correct country when checking out! If there are any issues, contact us at messagesformothers@outlook.com. International orders will be shipped via Sendle with tracking; this will generally take between 1- 4 weeks to arrive depending on the location. 

New Zealand

  • Shipping costs:

All orders – Flat fee of $10

Rest of the world

  • Shipping Costs:

All orders – Flat fee of $24.00

International Custom Fees 

All custom fees, taxes and any other additional costs associated with your purchase overseas are the responsibility of the customer. These are not included in the cost of the order or shipping fee. 

We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to your purchase. The Milk Boutique is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.  We do not offer refunds for these costs.

If an order is refused by a customer due to custom fees, the parcel will be held for 2 weeks and then be abandoned if these fees are not paid in this time. Messages for Mothers are not responsible for the handling of an abandoned order.

Additional Information 

Delivery times - The times stated above are only estimations, during high-volume periods there may be delays on deliveries. 

Delivery issues - Please note once the parcel has left Messages for Mothers, it is not our responsibility. Messages for Mothers are not liable for missing parcels due to errors on the customer or carrier's part. 

 

RETURNS INFORMATION

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer. 


To start a return, you can contact us at messagesformother@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
